Luke has diverse insurance career split between corporate, specialist broking and start up sector. Starting at Allianz in the Personal Injury division, Luke went onto to build a diverse skill set as he specialised in commercial distribution, strategy and management
In 2017, he established Eagle Eye Insurance Solutions (EEIS) and then completed several acquisitions inc WageCover, as well as co-founded Eighteen33 Safety Solutions. In 2019, he expanded the offering with the creation of Eagle Protect and merged the businesses to create Aviso All Points.
Outside or work, Luke is a father of 4 young girls, loves surfing and keeping fit competing in Cross Fit. In the community, Luke is an active member of the local surf club and established Run DIPG, a charity dedicated to improving outcomes for critically ill children with diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, an unfortunately prevalent type of brain cancer.
