As he nears his first-year anniversary with us, Ethan has quickly become a favourite in the Brisbane office. Whether it’s his energy, enthusiasm, or his uncanny talent for brewing the best coffee in the office, he has a way of brightening everyone’s day.
Before joining the broking industry, Ethan began his career in the Army, where he developed a strong sense of discipline and a commitment to serving others. Now, as an Assistant Account Manager at Aviso Broking, Ethan brings the same level of dedication to his role by providing invaluable support to our Account Managers, ensuring industry compliance, and delivering top-notch service to our clients. Whether it’s processing new business or maintaining existing policies, Ethan’s meticulous approach helps keep everything running smoothly.
Ethan’s potential has caught the eye of our experienced brokers, and he’s currently being mentored by Luke Eagle, Andrew Christie and Jack Bailey. With their guidance, Ethan is gaining the insights and skills needed to excel in the broking industry. His drive to learn and grow suggests he’s set for big things in his career.
When he’s not at work, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family and staying active, whether at the gym or outdoors. He’s also a budding comedian, always ready with a joke to lighten the mood. If you ask him for his best one, he might say, “What do you call a fish wearing a bowtie? Sofishticated.”
